These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Samriddhi Sutra beta (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share when requesting access.
  • Keep your authentication links or credentials secure. Notify us immediately at ashish.so@zivaro.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Beta Nature of the Service

Samriddhi Sutra is an experimental research copilot designed for informational and research purposes only. It does NOT provide financial or investment advice, facilitate trading, or allow any financial transactions. Users cannot invest, trade, or take any financial actions on this platform. All outputs are for educational and informational use. Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. We provide no uptime guarantees, and data may be lost during iteration. Please do not rely on the Service for production trading or any activity where failure could cause financial harm.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to:

  1. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  2. Respect rate limits and avoid abusing or reverse-engineering the platform.
  3. Provide feedback in good faith. We may use, modify, and incorporate feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access or interfere with the Service.
  • Using the Service to provide regulated financial advice, facilitate trading, or conduct any financial transactions.
  • Using the Service to build competing datasets without consent.
  • Uploading private, proprietary, or confidential information that you are not authorised to share.
  • Using outputs as investment advice. All content is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Samriddhi Sutra unless otherwise stated. You receive a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Service. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with market-data providers, email relay tools, or analytics platforms. Each third party is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their services, but we do vet them for security and compliance.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We expressly disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
  • Nothing generated by the Service constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice. The platform does not facilitate trading, investment, or financial transactions, and users cannot take financial actions on this platform. Always verify outputs with independent sources.
  • We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, broker, or research analyst, and the Service does not accept or execute orders.
  • Any actions you take in the market are entirely your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samriddhi Sutra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (which is currently INR 0 during the beta).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Samriddhi Sutra harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, harmed other users, or jeopardised the stability of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; please request data deletion if needed.

11. Regulatory Notice (India)

Samriddhi Sutra operates as a research and alerting tool for informational purposes only. It does not facilitate trading, order routing, portfolio management, or any financial transactions. Users cannot invest, trade, or take any financial actions on this platform. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other financial regulator. By using the Service you acknowledge that:

  • Outputs are for information and education only.
  • You will not interpret summaries, alerts, or briefs as investment advice or recommendations.
  • You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including those set by SEBI, RBI, and local exchanges.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify active users via email or in-product notices. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
