Samriddhi Sutra (“we”, “us”, or “the project”) is an experimental research copilot. Because it observes signals on your behalf, we take privacy and consent seriously. This policy explains the information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can stay in control.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & contact details. Name, email address, and any preference notes you share when you join the waitlist or beta.
  • Usage data. Prompts, rules, and watchlists that you configure so the agent knows what to monitor. We log high-level telemetry (success/failure, run duration) to debug issues.
  • Communication metadata. Timestamps and delivery status for emails or chat notifications. The body of an email you send us is stored for support purposes.
  • Automatically collected logs. IP address, device type, and coarse location derived from your IP. We do not build behavioural profiles or sell this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  1. Operate the service. Execute the automations you request, send the requested nudges, and personalise them to your preferences.
  2. Maintain reliability. Diagnose bugs, keep audit trails, and prevent abuse or spam.
  3. Improve the product. Aggregate learnings (e.g., which workflows fail most often) to decide what to build next. We only review your prompts manually if you ask for help or give us explicit permission.
  4. Communicate with you. Share product updates, legal notices, or respond to support requests.

3. How We Share Information

  • Vendors & processors. We rely on reputable infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, logging). They only process data on our behalf and must meet our security standards.
  • Compliance. We may disclose information if required by law or to respond to valid legal process.
  • No selling of data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Data Retention & Security

  • We retain account and workflow data while you maintain an active relationship with the project.
  • Logs tied to experiments are pruned or anonymised after 90 days unless we are investigating abuse or you ask us to keep them for continuity.
  • We use encrypted transport (TLS), role-based access controls, and audit logging. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sharing secrets or production credentials in prompts.

5. Your Choices & Rights

  • Export or delete. Email us at ashish.so@zivaro.ai to export your data or request deletion. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Update preferences. You can modify alert thresholds or unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the links included in every message.
  • Consent withdrawal. Leaving the beta or withdrawing consent means we stop processing your data except where retention is required for legal reasons.

6. Children’s Privacy

The project is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can remove it.

7. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as the project evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notices, and the “last updated” date will always reflect the latest version.

8. Contact

Questions, feedback, or requests can be sent to ashish.so@zivaro.ai. We appreciate transparency as we continue to build this in public.
